As a BOH Team Member you will support the kitchen team assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times.
Demonstrates the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service.
Demonstrates knowledge of products services and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
Customer service duties:
- Greeting customers.
- Taking customer orders.
- Completing transactions on the cash register.
- Operating the drivethru window.
- Restocking supplies.
- Maintaining a clean store environment.
