Job Description
smartdept. is searching for a Copywriterfor a marketing agency client.This is aparttimefully remote ongoing contract opportunity with the possibility of increasing to fulltime hours and/or converting to fulltime status over time. Compensation for this position is expected to be$25$30/hour depending on experience level and fit.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and write clear persuasive and original copy for print materials (brochures flyers advertisements) and digital platforms (websites social media email campaigns).
- Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice style and guidelines while maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience industry trends and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and messaging.
- Work closely with designers marketing teams and other stakeholders to create cohesive and visually compelling content.
- Review and edit copy for accuracy grammar and clarity ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
- Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns including conceptualizing ideas and creating engaging content.
What Youll Need:
- 35 years of copywriting experience
- Prior agency experience preferred
- Previous experience working with medical device or pharmaceutical clients is a plus!
