Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Demo Chef to join our team at Aster Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Demo Chef you will be responsible for showcasing our commercial kitchen equipment to potential customers. This is a fulltime position based in Delhi Delhi India. Junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a demo chef or similar role
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various culinary techniques
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and its functionality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and captivate an audience during live cooking demonstrations
- Salesoriented mindset with the ability to highlight the unique selling points of our products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar industry (e.g. hospitality food service) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct live cooking demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our commercial kitchen equipment.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using our kitchen equipment to demonstrate their functionality.
- Interact with potential customers during the demonstrations and provide information about the features and benefits of our products.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by highlighting the suitability of our equipment for the customers specific needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized demo kitchen area for seamless and efficient demonstrations.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in commercial kitchen equipment.
- Train and educate other chefs and sales staff on the proper use and demonstration techniques of our kitchen equipment.
