Join Carrier as a production associate and help build topquality heating and cooling equipment. Youll work with your hands assembling parts operating machines and ensuring our products meet high standardsall in a fastpaced safetyfirst environment. Shift requirement
Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Shifts are 10 hours per day and may include periodic mandatory overtime.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble tubing pipe fittings sheet metal motors and other furnace components.
Strip wires solder and assemble small electrical parts.
Operate machines inspect and test products to ensure quality.
Pack completed units into cartons or crates as needed.
Follow site safety rules and report any environmental concerns immediately.
Minimum Qualifications
Be at least 18 years old.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and stand for 10 hours a day.
Candidates must be comfortable to work any shift that is assigned. (Monday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
