Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse is a licensed nurse who participates in the plan of care to provide competent compassionate and individualized nursing care to patients and their families.
The LPN also participates in the medical plan of care in collaboration with the physician or nurse practitioner and in activities to facilitate safe and efficient practice operations.
The LPN will be expected to have a global view of the day and support the patient provider and other members of the care team to provide patients with comprehensive/effective visits and complete the tasks of the day as efficiently as possible.
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts LPN license
1 years of experience as an LPN preferred
