In support of this model roles have been categorized into one of four work location categories: onsite roles hybrid roles that are a blend of onsite and remote work remote local roles that are primarily homebased but require some level of purposedriven inperson interaction and living within a commutable distance and remote nonlocal roles that can be effectively performed remotely with the ability to work in approved states.

Competencies

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and projectmanaging the implementation of strategy within PSEGs Talent Acquisition Operations. The position will manage large projects in the areas of Talent Acquisition Operations and Talent Acquisition Strategy. The position will work closely with the HRIS team to perform systems review and improvements report writing and dashboard development indepth data analytics including quantitative statistical and comparative analysis and translate data into strategies and actionable plans for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilizing a datadriven approach analyze and assess the Talent Acquisition processes and systems to identify recommend and execute on process improvement projects.
  • Deliver on all aspects of project management including development of project plans and project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables; document communicate and resolve projectrelated needs and issues.
  • Coordinate with HR Leadership team and HR metric owners to ensure metrics and progress are defined tracked and communicated to the internal client.
  • Leverage data to showcase impact of existing processes and our process improvements and stay current on Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy developments and emerging trends and make recommendations to implement as opportunities present themselves.

Job Specific Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR business computer science or related field and 8 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management Talent Acquisition or related HR field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management Talent Acquisition or related HR field
Functional / business knowledge in Talent Acquisition processes
Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities
At minimum
intermediate level skills in Word Excel and Powerpoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate technical information and complex data analytics to a nontechnical audience

Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and present data in a comprehensible actionable format

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills

Desired: PMP certification SAP experience
