We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented individual to join our Founders Office team. This role involves supporting the founders across multiple areas from research and data analysis to project and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Research: Conduct secondary research analyze industry trends and create reports to support decisionmaking.
- B2B Communication: Assist in crafting and managing professional communication with external stakeholders including emails and presentations.
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing presentations and social media content using tools like Canva.
- AI Tools Utilization: Leverage at least 45 AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure crossfunctional alignment and timely of projects.
- Event Support: Plan and organize meetings webinars and other events involving the founders.
- BD Outreach: Support in business development activities by identifying opportunities creating outreach materials and following up with prospects.
- Special Projects: Assist in special initiatives for the Founders Office
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 11.5 years of relevant experience in data analysis research or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools.
- Familiarity with AIpowered tools and technology.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
