Job Description
Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Department Receptionist at Dutton Motor Company will be the first point of contact when calling the service department. This individual will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and making appointments over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide information or transfer to the appropriate person
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and maintaining records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customerfacing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish
