Job Summary

As an Orthopaedic Territory Manager for CONMED you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our innovative Orthopaedic products across a designated territory in Sweden. You will provide exceptional customer service and handson support conducting product demonstrations and assisting in the operating room and other clinical settings.

With a commitment to integrity and excellence you will represent CONMEDs highquality products while building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. As a key member of our Nordic Orthopaedic Sales Team you will drive business growth support customer needs and contribute to the success of our team and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain longterm customer relationships with Orthopaedic surgeons operating room nurses sterility staff medical technicians and procurement teams.

  • Identify prospect and drive sales of CONMEDs products within the Orthopaedic portfolio.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans setting clear goals to achieve success in your territory.

  • Take full ownership of your region by organising meetings conducting training sessions and delivering highlevel clinical support in the operating room environment.

  • Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM Platform to effectively manage your sales pipeline tracking opportunities and reporting on progress.

  • Adhere to and uphold all company policies and regulatory standards including business conduct corporate ethics quality system compliance and regulatory affairs. Proactively familiarise yourself with the specific policies and requirements relevant to your role ensuring these standards are fully integrated into daily operations and longterm strategic planning. Consult with management or relevant departments as needed to guarantee full compliance with corporate policies and regulatory obligations.

Person Specification

Education / Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • A full valid driving licence.

Desirable

  • Professional sales qualification.
  • Registered medical/clinical qualification.

Experience Skill knowledge and attributes

Essential

  • Has a clinical background as an OR nurse/Anesthesia nurse/ICU nurse or as a physiotherapist and/or experience within MedTech sales.
  • Has a high level of energy motivation drive perseverance initiative commitment & professionalism. Selfdriven and a positive mindset.
  • Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong decisionmaking skills.
  • Exceptional focus and ability to bring tasks to completion.
  • Has a genuine interest in and derives energy from building relationships and networks.
  • Has a strong desire to create value for the customer.
  • Enjoys working in a team and sees collaboration as a key success factor.
  • Can travel and spend time in the district.
  • Has experience with CRM systems.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written.
