Job Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects using our inhouse IT platforms mForm and mGrant for CSR grant management and M&E requirements of clients. The Associate Project Manager will work under the guidance of the Project Manager but may also be responsible for independently leading a project as needed. As an Associate Project Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems you will primarily be responsible for managing partner organizations for our clients in the social/development sector. This will include communication documentation reporting and data analytics. You will act as a point of contact with our CSR clients and the internal tech and nontech teams at Dhwani and be responsible for understanding client project details in EdTech domain documenting impact stories writing newsletters & reports preparation of M&E framework/log framework digitization of the M&E framework on the platform giving software demos requirement gathering for digitization dashboard indicators and reporting framework design data cleanup and upload process training manual and other evolving roles.

Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Experience of Report Writing Proposal Writing Documenting Impact stories from the field
- Strong research skills (qualitative and quantitative impact assessments report writing log frame design)
- Experience on working with data in excel for data storage data cleaning data analysis
- Exposure to different offtheshelf survey solutions (Google Forms Survey Monkey Surveyor etc.
- Experience in working on multiple projects in a fastpaced work environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with project management tools and techniques including project planning resource allocation and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage external vendors and partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members

Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Economics Public Policy Statistics Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline
- Preference given to candidates with postgraduate education in a relevant field such as Rural Management Public Policy Economics Social Studies or Development Studies
- Preference given to candidates with a degree from a reputable institution such as IRMA APU IIFM XIMB TISS IIHMR or fellowship from YIF Anubhav Lecture Series India Fellow Indian School of Public Policy Gandhi Teach for India Genpact Fellowship
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst/Associate in a social/development sector focused organization such as an NGO social impact consulting firm CSR think tank or research organization
- Experience working with IT platforms and software solutions is a plus
