Job Description

- Complete required Medicare OSHA and continuing education.
- Evaluate and treat patients document clearly and meet deadlines.

- Participate in facility meetings and maintain CPR certification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Teamwork leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients.
- Able to walk stand and reach throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- CAPTEaccredited degree or equivalent with state licensure.
