Reporting to the Health Services Lead the incumbent is the team lead for front office for planning coordinating implementing and evaluating clerical activities with Clayton Park Health Home (Bayers Lake) Primary Health Care. The incumbent provides daytoday administrative support to the Managers and Leads to oversee the daytoday activities of clerical support staff by ensuring appropriate distribution of workload to maximize efficiency and effectively meet needs; scheduling and rearranging resources during periods of staff absence; supporting timesheets and payroll deadlines; orientation of support staff and ensuring collaborative teamwork. The incumbent is responsible for processing requisitions for supplies and services for Primary Health Care maintaining records of same and helping to ensure cost effective utilization of clinic resources. The incumbent is also responsible for working with the Managers and Leads to ensure appropriate collection and monitoring of relevant statistical and other data related to clinic operations including advanced access scheduling and workflow.
