Job Description
WE ARE AND AI lOGISTICS AND SCHEDULING B2B SAAS COMPANY THAT HAS RAISED 7 MILLION FROM TOP VENTURE CAPITAL AND IN A FAST GROWTH MODE. We are about to announce our series B funding and this is a very exciting time for out company.
We are considered revolutionary by our customers such as Airbnb Box Dropbox Slack Shopify Expedia and Stripe.
The Role Event Manager
What youll be doing:
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to help develop event strategy and roadmap including ideation and
- Manage all events from start to finish including event plans event goals timelines key resources tech needs and staffing details
- Oversee budget and maintain accurate uptodate spend
- Suggest and execute cuttingedge and creative ideas to ensure LeanData stands out
- Evaluate industry events and sponsorship opportunities based on LeanDatas objectives and target audience
- Manage event logistics for our annual conference including site and vendor selection onsite logistics and event budget
- Oversee all logistics around branded materials and giveaways
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of success managing a large volume of events and tradeshows annually
- Exceptional skills in collaboration and working within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as an influential presenter. Comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
- Experience with largescale event production
- Project development and management experience including developing strategies compelling presentations and operational plans
- Some travel required
- Bachelors degree required
