Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial compliance and reporting in line with IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess risks and opportunities for business growth.
- Support the implementation of internal controls and compliance frameworks across finance processes.
- Work closely with Auditors and tax authorities ensuring full transparency and audit readiness.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting to support business decisions.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Honours Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA articles (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance or compliance role ideally within ICT or Telecommunications.
- Indepth knowledge of IFRS and tax.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and reportwriting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
