About the Position

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor at CCBS you will be working amongst a team of highlyskilled clinicians and supervising Program Managers as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they learn critical skills necessary to be a qualityfocused clinician. This role is regarded as a seniorlevel mentor and practitioner; responsible for highquality ethical supervision and programming through the intentional application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) not only with clients but staff as well. Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to apply organizational behavior management (OBM) techniques. They understand that when there is trust and respect amongst colleagues as well as a high regard for quality treatment our clients benefit the most. You will also be responsible for assessments such as VBMAPP AFLS Essentials for Living and FBA/FAs. In a nutshell we are looking for an ethical professional and highlyskilled BCBA who enjoys collaboration having fun with their team and above all ensuring our clients success through strong clinical support and leadership!

Qualifications

• Holds a masters degree and BCBA credential
• At least 3 years of experience in ABA
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Respects client dignity at all times and utilizes personcentered neurodiversityaffirming treatment methods
