Job Description
*Job Opportunity: Senior Executive Compliance / Senior Manager Compliance*
*Location:* Gurgaon Haryana
*Industry:* Security & Facilities Management Company
*Salary* 40k to 1 lakh
*Job Summary:*
Ensure compliance with labour laws (ESI PF Contractual Labour Act) through meticulous oversight strong analytical skills and effective communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement compliance strategies for ESI PF Contractual Labour Act and other laws
- Monitor and update policies based on changes in labour laws
- Conduct audits to assess compliance
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and manage report submissions
- Investigate and address compliance issues
- Collaborate with teams to integrate compliance into business processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend risk mitigation measures
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelors in Law Business Administration HR or related field (Masters or certification preferred)
- Proven experience in compliance management focusing on labour laws
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements in the security services industry
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance software tools preferred
- Must have experience in PF ESI Contractual Labour Act Government Liasoning CLRA Statutory Compliance
