Job Description
We are looking for a Test Manager to join our clients team and lead the endtoend testing activities for a major Communication Modernisation initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming IT platforms implementing innovative communication solutions and applying new technologies with the highest security standards to enhance customerfocused services.
Responsibilities:
- Design the testing and release strategy for Communication Modernization projects applying a RiskBased Approach and following the Target Operating Model ensuring compliance with SDLC processes.
- Manage planning dependencies budget estimations and progress followup for testing activities including overseeing test environment management.
- Lead and supervise the timely of testing activities coordinating across various Squads and managing dependencies.
- Address test impediments in coordination with Squads Scrum Masters EDOs and other key stakeholders.
- Engage with partners at all organizational levels to foster alignment and collaboration driving meetings producing test progress reports and contributing to the Test Summary Report and Go/NoGo recommendations.
- Provide coaching and support to testers involved in the initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of test practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in driving testing activities for complex initiatives.
- Background in the Financial/Banking sector with familiarity in Agile methodologies nice to have.
- Experience with communication technologies and related assets is a plus.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with TFS & ServiceNow tools nice to have.
- Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Strong leadership and communication skills effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Selfdriven wellorganized and adaptable to changing priorities ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
