The Role:
Were hiring a Quotation Representative to join our multilingual Quotation team based in Coslada Madrid.
As a member of the Quote team you will be liaising with our customers to gather specific shipment requirements working with internal teams to create solutions and presenting the price and solution back to the customer. Full training will be provided.
What youll be doing:
Build and send to client the commercial offer (Quotation) in response to clients requests that have been assigned to him/her.
Handle all communication with the client with the aim of the correct understanding all of the specifications and requirements matching those requirements against logistical options.
Build the correct price in line with world courier contract / Tariff pricing and ensuring all customer discounts are adhered to.
Understands the request of the client and alert the direct manager if any custom requests can be supported vs. the standard products.
Work with Local Customer Service teams to understand any specific requests that may impact pricing so they can be quoted in advance.
Learn and use the available Quote tools.
Collaborate with all colleagues to maintain achieve a shared aim of supporting the customers as best as possible.
Monitor and organise own workload to ensure correct prioritization of quotes.
Work with Indoor Sales team to support new business customers with an efficient quotation process
Maintain sufficient Operation/use of World Courier I.T. systems; TMS OptiView OpStar OMNI Quote tool (regional and global)Learning portal and The Hub.
Build and maintain relationships with World Courier offices clients agents airlines handling agents and suppliers to support the quote process through efficient Internal Communications with the World Courier Network.

Able to follow procedures instructions and able to provide relevant information on request
Ability to form part of a team and work independently
Strong team player able to work constructively with colleagues inside and outside of the department to ensure the best possible service is always provided to the client.

Salary: 24000 per annum increasing twice during the year until you reach 26000 per annum
