We operate a small collegelike campus in Fair Oaks that houses many of our students fulltime.We are seeking a passionate and dependable individual who excels in a clientfacing role and is motivated to help the client succeed.TheProgram Specialist will work with students in oneonone and smallgroup instruction focused on workforce readiness. The Program Specialist is a role model and must be multitalented and move with an unrelenting positive attitude to do what it takes to help the student excel in the workplace.

Location: 9200 Fair Oaks Blvd. Fair Oaks CA 95628 Status: Nonexempt Fulltime Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
(Some schedule flexibility is required to meet the students needs for onsite work training. This may involve adjusted start/end times and an occasional weekend. Our compensation and benefits show how much we value our team!

$20$25 per hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct and handson workforce readiness
Provide oneonone and smallgroup instruction and support
Mentor and improve hard skills in a variety of work settings
Mentor and improve soft skills
Secure and sustain internships
Secure and sustain employment opportunities
Provide job coaching at internship and/or work locations
Provide support to onsite work managers and coworkers relating to student needs
Participate in small group volunteer work crews with community partners
Continue education exploration and support
Assist Meristem instructors in crafting movement culinary arts performing arts etc. as needed
Requirements:
High school Diploma required a bachelors degree is preferred
Experienced in teaching and/or coaching one year preferred
Schedule flexibility to be on the job site with the student
Proficient in Google Office (Email Docs Sheets Slides Calendar and Drive)
Valid California Drivers License and current Insurance
Ability to drive students to and from various locations using Meristem vehicles
Familiarity with Neurodiversity Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Developmental Disabilities
Working knowledge of individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to be physically active including standing up to an hour at one time walking up to a mile at one time and/or lifting up to 50 lbs.
