Location: Downtown Tampa
Salary: Competitive base salary uncapped commission (OTE: $65000 in Year 1 $80000 in Year 2

What Youll Do
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant youll embark on an exciting journey of professional growth where youll be trained to become an expert in sales business development and talent acquisition. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing client relationships by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through headhunting networking and targeted outreach.
- Driving business development efforts to identify and secure new clients expanding your market presence.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement to successful placements.
- Staying ahead of market trends to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
What Were Looking For
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business or similar field.
- A strong drive to develop and excel in business development.
- Confidence resilience and the ability to influence and persuade.
- A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customerfacing roles is a bonus but not essential.
