Job Description

STV is seeking a Document Controls Change Management Specialist for our Project Controls department at our Chicago area office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain document control processes specific to aviation projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

  • Manage change management procedures tracking modifications to project scope schedule and budget.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation version control and record retention.

  • Support stakeholder communication by providing accurate and timely reporting on document and change management activities.

  • Utilize PMIS tools to manage project documentation and workflow processes efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering construction management business administration or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in document controls and change management preferably within aviation projects.

  • Proficiency in PMIS tools such as eBuilder Kahua or similar platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation Range:

$87509.45 $116679.27
