How You Can Make a Difference:
As a Cashier you will be responsible for providing fast friendly and accurate service to every guest while ensuring that our high standards of hospitality and food safety are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly take orders efficiently and provide friendly service.
- Accurate Order Processing: Handle transactions quickly and correctly at the cash register.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Assist with assembling orders preparing beverages and keeping food items stocked.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front counter dining area and drink stations clean and stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members to provide a smooth and efficient operation.
- Upselling & Product Knowledge: Recommend menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Passion for serving people with a smile
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 teamoriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
- Selfstarter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency required in reading and writing and mathematics
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check Paradies Background Check and applicable Department of Transposition requirements.
- ServSafe may be required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs perform essential job functions such as standing bending reaching climbing on ladder and walking long distances.
- Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environment with varying temperatures.
