As a Damp and Mould Technician youll play a key role in improving the quality of homes by providing essential repairs and advice to customers. Youll be supported by a team of experienced professionals and have the chance to develop your skills further while making a real difference.
Where does this role fit in
Youll be part of the Pobl Repairs team based in Swansea or Cwmbran and report to the Repairs Supervisor. This mobile role means youll be on the move visiting customers in their homes to carry out important repairs and maintenance. The role is key in ensuring we deliver high quality service enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to a better living environment for our tenants.

Pobl repairs are the Operational Delivery team within Pobl who currently turn around over 1000 Empty Homes install over 1000 planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades and will manage over 55000 reactive repairs each year. With exciting plans to grow our team in the coming months we will continue to work closely with our many partner organisations to achieve much more than we could alone. We also listen to our colleagues and our customers to deliver innovative local services that make a difference to the communities that we serve.
