In this role youll take the lead in identifying and building new B2B relationships offering cuttingedge print and copier solutions that help businesses optimize their workflow and drive efficiency. Youll be responsible for the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and closing deals to acting as the main point of contact (POC) throughout the life of the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Consulting:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Provide expert advice on copier and printer solutions to meet customer needs.
- Present and sell/upsell products and services.
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of printer and copier technology.
- Troubleshooting may be necessary prior to technician support.
Other:
- Position involves traveling to customer sites.
