Role Summary
The Compensation and Benefits Lead will play a strategic role in developing implementing andmanaging compensation and benefits programs across our operations in Africa. This position requiresa deep understanding of local labour markets compliance requirements and cultural nuances toensure competitive and equitable compensation practices that attract and retain top talent. Thisposition will also be responsible for managing the South African payroll as well as sign off and approvalof the payrolls of entities across the continent. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensuredata accuracy and input on salary surveys the annual budget for headcount and system accuracy interms of compensation and benefits for employees in the Africa Region.
