Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the agriculture implements sector. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of proven experience in sales specifically within the agriculture industry and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the southern states of India.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agriculture implements market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs.
Manage and lead sales team to ensure effective performance and achievement of sales goals
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
810 years of experience in sales within the agriculture implements industry.
Strong understanding of the agricultural market in Andhra Pradesh Karnataka Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
