Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Henley on Thames RG9
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A smart Sales & Lettings Negotiator is required to join a highly professional independent Agency in the Henley on Thames area.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Sales Negotiator and / or Lettings Negotiator be wellpresented highly driven dynamic and passionate about property with a strong desire to win and be the best.
The opportunity will suit a candidate who is able to hit the ground running and to work with limited supervision.

Whilst experience in both disciplines would be ideal our client will happily consider a candidate who has a decent background in either Sales or Lettings and a desire to learn!.
The Company: Our client is a privately owned long established independent Sales and Lettings agency with highly successful offices across the Berkshire area.
Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Sales and / or Lettings environment
- Good communication skills
- Constant enthusiasm and a can do attitude
- Must be organised and highly motivated a team player
- Must be a good timekeeper confident and well presented
- Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships
- Great customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Full UK driving license
- Smart wellspoken and articulate
