- Engage with the community regarding the interpretation and carrying out research activities related to childrens care and families services.
- Work with the elders chiefs women and youth to identify distinct and substantive considerations in all aspects of the project as it relates to culture values and practices and building KO Child and Family Services framework.
- Facilitate research and can condense a multitude of information into a wellorganized format for the Child and Family Services framework.
- Conduct research and data from Chiefs Council Elders Parents and Guardians about the best models and ways of taking care of children and families in the community.
- Provide advice on child and family services project model and design.
- Research and analysis of best child welfare services understanding postadoption and guardianship Instability for children and youth under care.
- Research and analyze parental choice in early care education and childhood and family experiences.
- Research and provide policy prescriptions on parenting coparenting and young childrens social and emotional development
- Evaluate the roles of early childhood systems and policies parenting and parent supports in supporting childrens socioemotional development. About the community.
- Apply innovative relevant research questions and interviews with elders chiefs and community members to gather useful information and data to build the best future care model for children and family services
- Facilitate meetings and communications between the Child and Family Framework Development office staff and the stakeholders in the community.
- Translate documents and meetings between office staff and the stakeholders in the community.
- Interviewing and data collection skills and the use of computer spreadsheet and/or database applications in the compilation of research data.
- Carry out any task requested by the project management related to the project.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently/team player.
- Able to travel to attend team meetings and conferences.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand or speak the community dialect is considered an asset.

Job requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- University degree or College diploma in Child and Family services or Social services and/or
- Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
