About the Role: In this role you will be responsible for expanding Eis University Admissions Test offering by building and nurturing relationships with higher education institutions globally. You will focus on identifying growth opportunities establishing strategic partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges aligning Eis offerings with their admissions objectives.
- Develop and present value propositions that highlight the unique advantages of Eis University Admissions Test.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain strong longterm relationships with partner institutions.
- Research and analyze new markets maintaining a pipeline of potential partners for expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support for the admissions test.
- In the medium term build and manage this as a separate P&L.
Requirements
- A background in business development preferably within the higher education sector and university admissions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the higher education sector.
- Familiarity with university admissions processes and an understanding of international markets is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proactive with a proven ability to manage partnerships and drive growth.
- Experiencing to managing cross functional responsibilities.
