Customer Service Representative Patty Turner Center
PartTime $15.00 $18.00/hour Deerfield Park District

The Patty Turner Center is a joint venture between the Deerfield Park District and the Village of Deerfield. It offers a wide variety of programs and services for active older adults in a warm welcoming environment.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This parttime role is ideal for a selfstarter with a positive cando attitude who excels in customer service and enjoys supporting a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors answer phones and provide information on programs and services.
- Register patrons for programs and appointments using RecTrac software.
- Process payments balance daily transactions and assist with memberships and donations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing mailing and Lending Closet support.
- Coordinate with custodial staff on room setups and ensure a tidy front desk area.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
- Strong communication active listening and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and learn new software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule:3 days/week (Monday 8:30 am 3 pm Tuesday 8:30 am 12 pm and Wednesday 8:30 am 12:00 pm)
- Annual Hours: Fewer than 1000
- Pay: $15.00$18.00/hour (based on experience and tenure)
