Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently hiring Professional Nurses for our clients healthcare facility in White River. As a Professional Nurse you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and contribute to the overall wellbeing of the community. Responsibilities:
- Assess patients health conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patients progress and response to interventions
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic care
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and standards
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as required
- Professional Nurse qualification
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council
- Prior experience as a Professional Nurse in Addiction and Psychiatric background
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Salary: negotiable
