Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (excluding State holidays)
About the Role:
Are you a strategic leader who thrives in fastpaced environments and excels at bridging data analytics with project Were looking for a highly experienced IT Project Manager Specialist to lead the implementation of a critical Fraud Analytics roadmap including the rollout of Agile processes across teams.
This is a highimpact role where your expertise in datafocused project management and Agile frameworks will shape the future of fraud prevention strategies for a key government agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a comprehensive Fraud Analytics implementation roadmap driving results across data engineering and analytics teams.
- Manage crossfunctional initiatives ensuring alignment with technical and business stakeholders.
- Introduce and optimize Agile methodologies ensuring team adoption and continuous improvement.
- Track project milestones resolve blockers and report progress to leadership.
- Champion collaboration between data analysts scientists engineers and business users.
- Manage project timelines scope resources and risks effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of project management experience in IT environments.
- Proven experience managing data analytics projects with deep understanding of data workflows and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Agile processes within crossfunctional teams.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage largescale projects under tight deadlines in a publicsector environment.
