Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Respond to inquiries directly over the phone or via email.
Develop and implement office procedures.
Maintain the companys recordkeeping system to preserve accurate files.
Write letters memos and emails.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from any related major
Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with hospital management systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferably with experience in bookkeeping accounting and data processing. Experience in maintaining and prioritizing managers calendars is preferred.
Have minimum 1 year work experience as secretary.
