What is the job
- Lead the design development and scaling of AIpowered recommendation systems for millions of users
- Build robust ML models and MLOps pipelines that drive personalized insights
- Partner with engineering data science and product teams to create nextlevel user experiences
- Mentor and guide a team of toptier ML engineers and data scientists
- Work with cuttingedge tech like Python Snowflake Databricks Kubernetes AWS Ground Truth and more
What skills do you need
- 7 years of ML experience with expertise in recommendation systems search NLP LLMs and deep learning
- Proven track record of building scalable AI platforms used by millions
- Mastery of Python SQL and ML algorithms
- Experience leading highperforming teams in delivering AIdriven product features
- A strategic thinker who brings business impact through AI innovation
