Director of Rehabilitation / DOR
Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: 40 hours per week Salaried
Setting: Rehabilitation Center Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Dixon Healthcare and Rehab Dixon IL
Pay: up to $110000 per year (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant or SpeechLanguage Pathology program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
- Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six 6 months.
