Core Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes including installing new oil filters and drain plugs.
- Check and refill vehicle fluids as needed.
- Inspect and replace batteries when required.
- Rotate mount and balance tires based on vehicle specifications.
- Complete minor services like replacing filters wiper blades and more.
- Conduct multipoint inspections noting vehicle condition and suggesting maintenance for the Service Advisor to share with the customer.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized maintaining a safe environment.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience performing oil changes basic maintenance or minor repair work is preferred.
- ASE certifications and/or formal training from a technical school is ideal.
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and enhance mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality workmanship.
- Proficient with automotive technology and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license.
- Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 5pm. Our technicians enjoy astateoftheart airconditioned shop a productive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.
