Job Description
Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly compensation of $17 to $22 per hour (depending on experience)
Paid biweekly
Flexible parttime schedule (potential fulltime 40 hours or more with OT pay per week depending on business demand)

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene toileting and transferring
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation according to clients dietary needs
Accompany clients to appointments and outings and assist with transportation if needed
Monitor clients physical and mental wellbeing and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor
Maintain accurate and timely records of clients care and progress
Requirements:
Must have a valid Home Health Aide certificate in the state of California
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the home care industry preferably with senior clients
Pass a background check and drug screen
Compassion empathy and patience for working with elderly clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Proven experience in providing superior care to seniors
