Position Overview:

As an Errand Task Runner at Modo you will be responsible for completing various errands and tasks as assigned by our clients. This role requires excellent time management skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be the face of our company and as such we are looking for someone who is professional friendly and able to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review task lists from clients and plan the most efficient route to complete tasks

Run errands such as grocery shopping buying and sending of gifts and groceries

Complete tasks such as dropping off documents making phone calls and organizing paperwork

Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and any expenses incurred

Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with services

Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines

Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and provide excellent service to clients

Qualifications:

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Flexible schedule
