Job Highlights:

Starting Pay: from $19.00/hour

The Qualified Professional MORES will serve children adolescents or transitionage youth. They must be qualified as a QP/QMHP with Youth and hold one of the following combinations of education and experience (please read carefully):

This Opportunity:

The primary responsibilities of the Qualified Professional includes providing clinically based guidance to both staff and the individuals they support including clerical clinical and organizational tasks all while conveying a positive image of the organization.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide initial assessment evaluate effectiveness of assessment and referral made by person receiving services participate in team meetings/case reviews with providers and natural supports as needed.

  • Identify opportunities for community connections and development/enhancement of natural support networks for people served. Work with staff to educate people served on these referral options and access opportunities.

  • Use a range of communication skills and strategies to establish a mutual relationship with the individual staff coworkers supervisors other stakeholders and people who are important to the individuals receiving services.

  • Ensure referral recommendations for services are and supports that are in alignment with the assessment.

  • Prepare and submit required or requested reports documents assessments evaluations and paperwork. Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required. Designated to release confidential information within assigned department(s).

  • Identify methods whereby services can be provided utilizing existing community resources whenever possible.

  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency state and federal training requirements.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures including preventative and crisis services.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.

  • Follow service definition guidelines for services being provided.

  • Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Driving and travel may be required.

Bachelors: Human Services Bachelors (Required) Masters

Certifications Were Looking For:

Drivers License (Valid) USA Youth QMHP (Qualified Professional) MonarchDSM

Experience Were Looking For:

Experience in mental health behavioral health substance use crisis response Experience working with children adolescents or transitionage youth

Schedule:

Schedule:

40hour work week.
Hours are not fixed and subject to change to meet service needs and maintain coverage during the mornings afternoons or evenings.

OnCall Rotation:
Weekdays: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
