Maintaining appropriate program documentation (e.g. charter roadmap benefits map) to meet business goals and program objectives
Contributing to program budget and coordinate project team assembly resource allocation and scheduling
Communicating across divisions functions 3rd party vendors consulting partners project teams and stakeholders depending on program needs
Monitor project costs schedules and performance ensuring successful business outcomes
Responsible for managing 4 projects with global scope of Program
Lead the identification assessment monitoring and closure of project risks throughout the program lifecycle
Supports changes to the programs project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate updated and reflective of authorized changes to facilitate customer acceptance
Supports on defining and reaching agreement from Key Stakeholders and Sponsor on Project main milestones project plan resource allocation budget
What you need:
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field with 1 years in project management
Fluent in English and in French
Strong presentation skills able to engage diverse audiences via various platforms (presentations video calls)
Solid knowledge of project management principles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global team
Basic knowledge of quality processes (CAPA Audits)
