As a Product Manager of the Design Systems in Digital Channels you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the endtoend product life cycle. As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure toptier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
- Manages and leads 34 scrum teams ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and the overall roadmap
- Develops and maintains a design system to ensure consistency across products
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to drive project success
- Drives customer success initiatives within the product ensuring a customerdriven approach in all product decisions
- Oversees planning and delivery of projects ensuring they align with strategic priorities
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Proven track record in product management with strong stakeholder understanding particularly in web and tools
- Experience managing scrum teams and a strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently take initiative and lead teams without needing direction
- Passionate about customer experience and success with a customerdriven mindset
- Demonstrated prior experience owning and maintaining a design system
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixes complex organization
- Experience working effectively as a team player in a quad structure and across functions.
- Proven ability to understand and align with strategic priorities ensuring team efforts are in line with the overall roadmap.
