Job Summary

As a Program Analyst within our Asset Management team you will rotate across 1 Client Service and Business Platform to gain foundational knowledge of how we bring clients onboard 2 Business Management to learn about strategy reporting and business priorities and 3 Sales to understand how to work with clients across various distribution channels like Institutional Clients. Youll work in partnership with our senior business leaders to develop strategies that support our clients needs. Youll also collaborate with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm
  • Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis conduct market research and assist in strategic planning to help clients meet their investment objectives
  • Develop relationships with clients including top pension plans insurance companies sovereign wealth funds endowments foundations central banks and other institutional investors
  • Learn about asset allocation strategies and identifying investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients investment objectives

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong initiative energy and confidence
  • Background in financial accounting financial analysis or mathematics
  • Genuine interest in financial markets investing and macrolevel economics
  • Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or CFA Level 1
  • Bilingual in French
