Were Hiring: Network Engineer
Are you passionate about network infrastructure and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career Join our team as a Network Engineer inWayanad/Calicut!
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers switches firewalls).
Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Perform regular analysis and optimization of network performance.
Configure and maintain SDWAN solutions VPNs and cloud network integrations.
Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.
ISP Support & Coordination:
Primary contact for ISPrelated issues and escalations.
Track and follow up on ISP service disruptions and outages.
Troubleshoot lastmile connectivity problems with ISPs.
Validate ISP invoices contracts and SLAs.
Maintain an updated ISP support contact matrix and escalation points.
Incident Management & Escalation:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network and ISPrelated incidents.
Escalate critical issues to ISPs internal teams or highertier support.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain logs of all networkrelated incidents and resolutions.
Generate periodic reports on network uptime latency and performance.
Keep an updated inventory of networking equipment and ISP connections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science IT or a related field (preferred).
Certifications like CCNA CCNP or equivalent networking credentials.
Experience with SDWAN MPLS VPNs and firewall configurations.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs and routing protocols (BGP OSPF).
Handson experience with ISPs and managing connectivity issues.
Ability to work in a highpressure realtime support environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for ISP escalations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds PRTG or Nagios.
Prior experience in IT infrastructure support and vendor management.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
