About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients homes. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a positive impact on the geriatric population in the Oakhurst NJ area.
Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week
Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary therapy team

Job Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
Eligible for NJ Physical Therapy licensure
Minimum 12 direct patient care hours per week required
Consistent availability of at least 3 weekdays per week
