Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is looking for a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager to join their team in Johannesburg Gauteng. The role involves overseeing M&E activities ensuring accurate data collection analysis and reporting and supporting strategic decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the M&E plan and track program indicators.
- Oversee data quality conduct site visits and compile reports.
- Provide training and capacitybuilding for the M&E team.
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure policy compliance.
- Contribute to research evaluations and program improvements.
- Design and refine data collection tools and reporting systems.
- Conduct performance assessments and data quality audits.
- Support budgeting and resource planning for M&E activities.
- Represent the organization at meetings with partners and government agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in M&E.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Experience in training and capacitybuilding.
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese is an advantage).
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to work independently under pressure.
