Seeking excellent electrical engineers with 4 years of experience to join our growing development team for bidirection EV charging systems energy management and storage. We are a venture backed startup with top tier clients and pipeline and a brandnew large development facility.

Job Overview
We are developing the next generation power electronics for our newest products. As a Power Electronics Engineer at Gravity you will work with the founding team of engineers with deep experience developing energy products for electric vehicles and charging systems.
- Report directly to and assist Director of Product Development in designing and developing latest EV fast charge systems.
- Work directly with engineering teams to design build test launch and support new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Manage all facets of the product lifecycle from conception to launch to production.
- Assist with the UL certification process.
- Work with an engineering organization that may extend beyond the U.S. shores.
- Develop systems and procedures during the prototype process with intent to hand the project over to supply chain and manufacturing teams internationally.
Requirements
- At least 23 years experience in Power Electronics experience in EVs or DC Fast Charging systems a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in EE
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.
- Selfmotivated with ability to own and drive projects and work autonomously.
- Ability to thrive in fastpace environment with low oversight but high expectations.

Compensation
Gravity offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills expertise and contribution to the success of our company. The typical base pay range for this roleis USD $140000 $220000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible forother compensation.
