The Central Resource Team (CRT) provides shortterm staffing support to inpatient units. CRT registered nurses provide assistance to patient care units in response to fluctuations in volume and/or acuity and provide nursing care and management of patients traveling to testing or procedural areas. CRT nurses have the opportunity to care for patients with surgical medical orthopaedic and neurologic conditions.
Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) the Patient CareAssociate (PCA) assists the multidisciplinary health care team in clinicalsupport functions to promote a safe compassionate patient care environment. PCAassists multidisciplinary health care team by assisting patients with dailyliving needs monitoring & reading vital signs drawing blood obtainingEKGs.PCAs in CRT are deployed to patient care areas and treatment areas to cover staffing needs.Must be able to work night shift 11PM7AM.
