Home Care Training Facilitator
Brooklyn NY (OnSite)
PartTime or FullTime (Flexible Hours)
$90k $130k
A wellestablished Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) in Brooklyn is seeking a Training Facilitator to onboard and train new and existing staff. If you have home care experience (intake coordination or staff training) and enjoy teaching others this role is for you!
What Youll Do:
Train new hires and provide ongoing staff education.
Develop and update training materials.
Use a mix of inperson and digital training methods.
Ensure staff understand policies procedures and software.
What You Need:
Home care experience (training onboarding or supervisory role).
Strong communication skillsclear patient and engaging.
Techsavvywilling to learn and teach software.
Organized and proactive in managing training sessions.
