Job Description
Bulfinch Temporary Service is hiring a Technical Project Manager to work at Partners Connected Health. This position begins ASAP and is open ended. It is15 hours per week. Please note this position is temporary in nature and not eligible for benefits.Project descriptionPartners Healthcare Connected Health is rebuilding its technology platform to create an Enterpriseclass connected health system. This individual will have the ability to grasp new material quickly to understand the current state of the platform and flow of data through the other systems the platform integrates with. They will use this knowledge to guide internal developers with the help of the incumbent external developers to transfer knowledge of the components that need to be in place to support Connected Health programs. This individual will coordinate all aspects of the project including testing release management and post implementation support.Responsibilities Refining the project scope Project management and status reporting Liaison between external and internal development teams and other stakeholders Ability to build consensus with various teams Requirements definition (functional and/or technical) Requirements transfer with development vendor System testing/quality assurance Implementation and release planning Postimplementation support activities Documentation The candidate would possess the following skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Good problemsolving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor degree 34 years technical management of healthcare systems 5 years of project management Must possess strong data analysis skills and be able to perform data analysis using SQL Working knowledge of Cache XML SOAP or other web technologies Knowledge of HealthShare and Ensemble preferred Proficiency with Visio Experience with enterpriseclass systems and healthcare preferred Massachusetts General Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
