Position: Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will plan implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the organizations online presence drive engagement and generate leads. The role requires expertise across various digital platforms data analysis and campaign optimization to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1.Digital Strategy Development
- Create and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that effectively engage and convert them.
2.Online Presence Management
- Oversee website management ensuring user experience optimization and SEO compliance.
- Drive content creation (blogs videos infographics) to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
3.Social Media Management
- Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to boost audience interaction and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance metrics adjust strategies as needed and stay updated on trends.
4.Paid Advertising
- Manage online ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media optimizing performance and ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and improve ads based on campaign data and KPIs.
5.Email Marketing
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns design templates craft persuasive content and segment audiences.
- Analyze email metrics (open clickthrough conversion rates) and refine campaigns for improved performance.
6.WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and manage WhatsApp campaigns ensuring targeted communication and list segmentation.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators for better engagement and conversion.
7.SEO and SEM
- Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns optimizing keyword bidding and refining ad copy for maximum impact.
8.Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with content creators designers and developers to ensure smooth of campaigns.
- Provide digital marketing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Masters degree in Marketing Business or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven success in digital marketing with strong campaign .
- Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush) content management and email platforms.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO SEM social media marketing email marketing and paid ads.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication interpersonal and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate across departments.
